The JASPER...

This wonder, made of mainly silica (80 to 95%) is a microcrystalline to cryptocrystalline rock, well know from geologist and well admired from collectors.
Jasper offers a huge panel of colors and patterns that make it diificult to indentify at times.
At Pareidolia-Unica, many jaspers share the place: morrisonite (considered as the top of the 5 american "porcelain" jaspers), Willow Creek, Owyhee, Blue Mountain and the Bruno (they are the 4 other great american jaspers), the Ocean jasper from Madagascar, the Noreena (or Noorena, from Australia), the Imperial, and many others.
